7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytewise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in a separate contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Denton County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
